Capturing the martial spirit in these striking drawings, Sensei Elysabeth Barnett translates her 34 years of karate training and teaching into fine art.

Sensei Barnett trained with O’Sensei Masami Tsuruoka, 10th Dan, and with many other renowned teachers. She holds a 5th Dan Black Belt in Shotokan karate.

Elysabeth graduated from the Bath Academy of Arts in England, and currently lives in Toronto, Canada, where she continues to express the balance and beauty of the martial arts techniques through her drawings.
